For your information: here's another you might have missed without calling me: low $400's almost 3,000 sq ft built early 1960's, on a street that I sold another space age 60's modern house on, just over the Seattle border barely a couple of miles:







Market activity, new listings etc, are showing some holiday winter seasonal slowing up, somewhat slim pickings this week plus  I also have specific buyers I'm working with too of course, but here's what  I saw for this week,  mostly newer modern but a few  from the midcentury with potential...more to come after the first of the year for sure....but it's not bad to buy now, I just finished one of my busiest Novembers ever, three south end sale, a midcentury sale on Mercer Island, and the one below so I cannot complain!
