Accept no substitues. I'M THE ORIGINAL modern architecture real estate broker around these here parts GUARANTEED (the only one I know before me was down in LA in the eighties). PRE "Atomic Ranch" or "dwell" magazine. I love all good design but my heart is in design that is ahead of its time and now being reborn/rediscovered/re-invigorated: from DeStijl/Mondrian to Bauhaus to streamline moderne 1930's to "Glass House" to postWWII "Space Needle" John Entenza/Arts and Architecture magazine/Case Study to mid-century martini "Jetsons" Boeing707 era swank, (hopefully not TOO "kitschy"), on up to new clean thinline/slimline minimalism and maybe now some raw rusted steel plate dark color industrial wasteland "warm" style. Particularly in architecture but it spills over into interiors, remodeling, furniture, staging, art, vehicle, industrial, lifestyle textile design etc). Join our consortium!
